The Registration fees paid by the participants cover:
- Workshop participation
- Equipment for the workshops
- The lunches during the course
- Diner on Thursday evening
Registration fees do not include transportation and accommodation.
Accommodation
Participants are free to choose their own accommodation. Hotel suggestions can be provided by the EAO, near the clinic.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the EAO Office. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the event.
Cancellations by the participant for any reason:
- For a cancellation before March 31st 2025, no cancellation fees applicable, 100% refund of registration fees, less 150 € of administrative costs
- For cancellation between April 1st and June 30th 2025: Refund of 50% of registration fees
- For cancellation after July 1st 2025: no refund
Cancellation by the EAO
In case the EAO would have to cancel the event, for any reason, no cancellation fees will apply. 100% of the paid registration fees will be refunded to participants. Disclaimer of Liability for Injuries or Harm During Events
The EAO shall not be held responsible for any injuries, harm, or damages sustained by participants, attendees, or any third parties during events organized. All individuals participating in or attending the event do so at their own risk.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in or attending the event, individuals acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with such activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages to personal property.
Release of Liability: Participants and attendees hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the EAO, its officers, employees, agents, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for injuries, harm, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in or attendance at the event.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or medical emergency during the event, participants and attendees authorize the Event Organizer to seek and secure emergency medical treatment on their behalf.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Participants and attendees are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines during the event. The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals who fail to comply with these requirements.
Indemnification: Participants and attendees agree to indemnify and hold the EAO harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in or attendance at the event.
