Medical degree from the University of Valencia in 1975 and Specialist in Stomatology from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1980.

Since the first osseointegrated implant, placed in 1988, exclusive dedication to implant dentistry in Alicante until retirement in 2019.

Past president of the local College of Dentists and various dental study groups in Alicante. Member of the Sociedad Española de Implantes (SEI) national board, in charge of its scientific committee, and chairman of its XXº International Congress in 2000.

Twenty-five years of teaching experience in implants. Ten years professor collaborator in the Department of Histology and Anatomy and director of the Master course in Oral Implantology at Miguel Hernández University.

Co-author of several books and scientific publications on implants.

Full member of EAO since 1995 and coordinator of its EAO Congress Scientific Reports since 2016.
