The three main options range from the simplest (complete dentures) to the most complex (implant-supported fixed rehabilitation). Immediate implant placement and loading, especially in full-arch cases, require careful consideration of bone quality, soft tissue, and the number of implants needed. Typically, six or more implants are used for best results.

By using intraoral scans, 3D imaging, and virtual smile design, treatment planning can be optimized, reducing errors and enhancing outcomes.
